Unleash your confidence and step into your power with our ladies-only Stripper School. This adult-only training workshop is an empowering, skills-based day led by an experienced ex-industry professional. Designed to help you feel confident in your body, build strong stage presence and learn the foundations of professional striptease, the session takes place in a supportive, welcoming and judgment-free environment.


Whether you’re exploring this purely for personal confidence, considering dancing in strip clubs, looking to perform at private stag parties or interested in paid entertainment work, this training provides practical skills, guidance and real-world insight.


What You’ll Learn

During this intensive session, you’ll be guided through a carefully structured programme covering:

  • Building inner confidence and embracing your sensual, confident presence
  • Using eye contact and eye-gazing to connect with an individual and audiences
  • Controlled garment removal that feels natural, confident and intentional
  • Expressive body movement including floorwork, wall work and chair work
  • How to give a sensual lap dance safely, confidently and professionally
  • How to structure and perform a strippergram-style show designed for a group audience
  • Using props and products to enhance your performance and stage impact
  • Partnered performance work, including dancing alongside another trained participant
  • An introduction to hosting stag party groups as a sexy or themed party host, focusing on engagement, energy control and atmosphere
  • Leading fun, light-hearted party interactions and games while maintaining confidence and professionalism
  • Understanding boundaries, safety and guest expectations in private party environments

This training is suitable whether you’re learning purely for confidence and empowerment, exploring strip club performance, or considering private party and stag work.
