Epic Moments Female Strippers FAQ's & Terms and Conditions
PARKING – Temporary parking facilities must be made available as close as possible to the entertainment area. If an entertainer is instructed to park in a specific location and receives a parking ticket, the organiser is liable for this charge.
VENUES – The customer must ensure a suitable, private venue exclusively for their group. No members of the public should be present or passing through without prior consent from the entertainer. If the entertainer is refused entry due to unsuitable venue arrangements, the full fee remains payable.
OUTDOOR EVENTS – If the event is in a marquee or grassed area, there must be dry and secure access for the entertainer.
AREA SAFETY – Entertainers will not carry equipment through unsafe conditions such as mud, frozen, saturated, or slippery surfaces.
CHANGING AREAS – Adequate changing and washing facilities must be provided.
FOOD & DRINK – Entertainers appreciate refreshments before or during the performance break.
LIGHTING – Sufficient lighting must be provided in the performance area.
ELECTRICITY – Clients must ensure access to mains electricity or a regulated generator.
ENTERTAINER'S AREA – Guests, food, and drink must be kept away from the entertainer’s equipment.
MINORS – Children are not permitted in or around the performance area.
MUSIC – Entertainers usually bring their own playlists and speakers. Any specific music requests or volume control must be discussed with the entertainer in advance.
COMPLAINTS – Any complaints must be raised immediately and directly with the entertainer during the event. Complaints from third parties (e.g. guests) will not be addressed.
ENTERTAINER BOOKED – If the client is unhappy with the entertainer upon arrival, this must be discussed immediately. If the entertainer performs and is paid, our agency is not liable to recover this money. Deposits are non-refundable unless the entertainer fails to attend.
PROPS & PRODUCTS – All equipment and props are provided in good working order and are safe for use. Any concerns about allergies or performance preferences must be raised directly with the entertainer before the show begins.
PREPARATION – Entertainers require time to set up and remove equipment.
PERFORMER SAFETY – Entertainers reserve the right to end the performance and leave immediately if they experience harassment or assault. Their fee remains fully payable regardless of early departure due to misconduct.
UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES – Epic Moments is not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control such as weather, illness, transport delays, or national emergencies.
BOOKING ALTERATIONS – Any changes made between the client and entertainer (e.g. time, location) are treated as a new agreement. If the amended booking is later cancelled within 14 days of the event, the entertainer is still entitled to 50% of the agreed-on-the-day fee.
DEPOSITS – All deposits are non-refundable unless the entertainer fails to attend the event.
AUTO-CHARGE POLICY FOR UNPAID ADDITIONAL SERVICES – If an entertainer provides an additional service during the event that is agreed upon with a group member and payment fails due to technical issues or non-payment, Epic Moments reserves the right to auto-charge the lead booker’s payment card to cover the outstanding fee. This ensures the entertainer receives what is owed. Any disputes or grievances must be submitted with supporting evidence to Epic Moments within 7 days of the event. If the issue is not resolved within that period, or if the claim is deemed invalid, we will release payment to the entertainer. It is then the responsibility of the group member and the lead booker to settle any reimbursement between themselves.
DATA PROTECTION – Epic Moments will never pass or distribute any client's personal or financial information to any third party in compliance with the UK Data Protection Acts.
