All use of the pole and podium is undertaken at the user’s own risk.
The hirer will be shown how to adjust the stage (e.g., if the spinning mechanism loosens or a metal plate lifts) and given contact details for reporting any issues on the date of hire.
Additional Venue Risk Assessment:
In addition to this general risk assessment, a site-specific safety check is carried out by our team at the venue upon delivery and installation.
This includes: floor stability check, overhead clearance, safe surrounding space, and identifying any venue-specific hazards.
