Dwarf Entertainment Terms & Conditions & Cancellation Policy

DEPOSITS

All dwarf entertainer bookings require an £80 booking deposit to secure the date and allow us to begin arranging your entertainer. Until the deposit has been received, the date and time are not secured and availability cannot be guaranteed.

The deposit covers administration, coordination and reserving an entertainer for your event.

Once arrangements are underway, the deposit will normally become non-refundable. However, we aim to be fair and reasonable and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, including where:

  • An entertainer fails to attend and no replacement or service is provided
  • We are unable to supply an entertainer for your booking

If the booking proceeds as planned, the deposit remains non-refundable, including in cases of client cancellation, change of mind, venue issues or reduced participation on the day. Any refund offered will depend on the circumstances and costs already incurred.


FINAL PAYMENT (CASH ON ARRIVAL)

The remaining balance must be paid in full, in cash, directly to the dwarf entertainer on arrival, to the amount stated on your booking confirmation.

No entertainment will begin until payment has been received in cash by the entertainer.

The fee is non-negotiable at the point of arrival or departure.
Please do not attempt to pay the entertainer in advance or by bank transfer, card or any other method. Cash on arrival is the only accepted payment method for dwarf entertainers.


CANCELLATION POLICY

If We Are Unable to Provide an Entertainer

If we are unable to provide an entertainer and no replacement or service takes place, a full refund of the booking deposit will be issued.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

If you cancel your booking, the following terms apply:

  • More than 28 days before the event:
    The £80 deposit may be reviewed for refund at our discretion, depending on work already carried out.
  • 28 days or less before the event:
    The booking deposit becomes non-refundable, as preparation and coordination will already be underway.
  • 14 days or less before the event:
    100% of the total booking fee is payable. This reflects short-notice cancellation and loss of work opportunities for the entertainer. This is non-negotiable.

If the entertainer has booked accommodation in order to attend your event, you will also be liable for any accommodation or cancellation charges incurred.

After Full Payment Is Due

As the remaining balance is paid in cash directly to the entertainer on arrival, once the event date is reached or the entertainer attends, no refunds can be issued for cancellations, early termination, reduced participation or change of mind.

Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to) illness, severe weather, transport disruption, civil unrest or acts of God. In such cases, a full refund of monies paid will be issued.


ENTERTAINER AVAILABILITY

Due to the limited availability of dwarf entertainers in the UK, entertainers are allocated based on availability, not selection.

If you are unhappy with the entertainer upon arrival, you must decide immediately whether to proceed. Once the booking has started, no refunds can be issued and funds paid directly to the entertainer cannot be recovered.


SERVICE STRUCTURE

Services are provided strictly in line with the option selected at booking:

  • Hosting services are venue-based only unless stated otherwise
  • Bar crawl services involve movement between venues
  • Striptease or strippergram performances are not included unless booked as a standalone service or add-on


BAR CRAWLS

Where a bar crawl service is booked, the route, venues and timings are the responsibility of the client. Entertainers do not plan or manage bar crawls and will escort and interact with the group as directed.

Delays caused by queues, venue refusals or poor planning do not entitle the client to refunds, extensions or compensation.


HANDCUFFED INTERACTION

Handcuffing is a novelty escort and interaction feature only and is always at the entertainer’s discretion.

If the guest of honour does not wish to be handcuffed, or if safety concerns arise (including alcohol levels, venue conditions or crowd behaviour), handcuffing may be reduced or stopped entirely. No reduction or refund will be given.


TIME MANAGEMENT

The hire begins and ends at the time stated on your booking confirmation.

  • If your group is late or not ready, the booking will still end at the agreed time
  • If the entertainer arrives late due to traffic or previous bookings, they may extend the booking if available
  • If the entertainer cannot extend due to another booking, a reduced fee may be agreed directly with the entertainer on arrival


GROUP RESPONSIBILITY

If the entertainer has been hired for a specific guest (stag, hen or birthday guest) who is unable to participate due to illness or over-intoxication, the entertainer will attempt to continue interacting with the group.

If the entertainer reasonably deems the booking to be time-wasting, full payment remains due. It is the organiser’s responsibility to ensure the guest of honour is fit to participate.


FOOD, DRINK & VENUE ENTRANCES

Any food, drink or venue entrance fees for the entertainer during the hire must be covered by the client. If your group is eating or drinking, refreshments should be offered to the entertainer.


ALCOHOL, SUBSTANCES & SAFETY

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Drug use in the entertainer’s presence
  • Encouraging excessive drinking
  • Picking up or lifting the entertainer
  • Verbal or physical abuse

Any breach gives the entertainer the right to leave immediately, with full payment still due.


LANGUAGE & CONDUCT

The term “midget” is widely considered offensive and must not be used. Where possible, refer to the entertainer by their name.


COSTUMES & PROPS

Standard costumes and props are provided. If a specific request cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified in advance. Clients may supply their own costume if it is safe and appropriate.


STRIPTEASE PERFORMANCES

Striptease performances are limited strictly to the package booked (e.g. g-string or full monty). Sexual acts or explicit contact are not permitted.


VENUE, PHOTOS & AGE RESTRICTIONS

Venues must be suitable for adult entertainment. All guests must be 18 years or older.
Photos or videos may only be taken with consent. Secret filming will result in immediate termination.


CASH PAYMENTS & COMPLAINTS

As all remaining balances are paid in cash directly to the entertainer, Epic Moments does not hold or control these funds.

Any issues must be raised with the entertainer on the day. Complaints raised after the event cannot result in refunds of cash already paid, and Epic Moments cannot retrieve funds paid directly to the entertainer.

Epic Moments accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage during the event. All personal data is handled in line with UK data protection laws.
