Magic Mike Style Ladies Night Shows T&C's

Magic Mike Shows and Ladies Nights are male revue shows specially designed for hen parties, birthday parties and girls’ nights out.
The show is intended for guests aged 18 and over. Performances may include adult language, full nudity, strobe lighting, smoke, pyrotechnics and other stage effects. Where the show is held on licensed premises, guests under the age of 18 will not be permitted.
Performers may perform at floor level or on a stage, where one is available. While performers are carrying out their acts, guests are asked to remain seated unless invited by a performer to participate or join them on stage.
Performers may use baby oil, lotion or similar products during their performances. Guests should therefore take care when approaching or interacting with performers. Epic Moments UK accepts no responsibility for any staining, cleaning costs or damage to clothing caused by such products.
Epic Moments UK accepts no responsibility for the loss of, theft of or damage to personal belongings, including but not limited to cameras, mobile phones, handbags, clothing or other personal property.
All venues will be made aware that your booking is for a hen party, birthday party, girls’ night out or similar celebration. While the emphasis is on having fun, the venue retains the right to stop or terminate any activity where behaviour is considered dangerous, violent, threatening, inappropriate or in breach of the venue’s rules. Where guests are removed from the venue for such behaviour, tickets or bookings will become invalid and no refund will be issued.
Epic Moments UK accepts no liability for any incident involving a member of the group while they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited. Anyone found using or in possession of illegal substances may be removed from the venue and the appropriate authorities may be contacted.
Temporary parking or loading facilities must be made available as close as reasonably possible to the entertainment area.
Suitable access must be provided to and from the entertainment area during set-up and pack-down.
Where a function is held in a marquee or on a grassed area, suitable dry and safe access to the entertainment area must be provided.
Performers will not be expected to carry equipment across muddy, frozen, waterlogged, unstable or dangerously slippery surfaces.
Suitable changing and washing facilities must be provided for performers prior to the event.
Where practical, performers would appreciate access to food and non-alcoholic refreshments before the event or during any scheduled breaks.
Adequate lighting must be available in the entertainment area to allow performers to safely set up and remove equipment.
The client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable mains electricity supply within the performance area where required. Where electricity is supplied by generator, the generator must provide a properly regulated power supply.
Unless otherwise agreed, the client is responsible for ensuring that a suitable sound system is available at the venue, including appropriate AUX, Bluetooth or other agreed connection facilities.
Guests, food and drinks must be kept away from the performer’s equipment at all times.
Children and anyone under the age of 18 must not enter the performance area during adult entertainment.
Sound levels will be adjusted where reasonably requested by the client or venue, subject to the requirements of the performance and any venue restrictions.
Performers are responsible for ensuring that any equipment they personally supply is in safe working order and suitable for its intended purpose.
Performers must be allowed sufficient time following the event to pack away and remove their equipment safely.
Epic Moments UK cannot be held liable for delays, cancellations or other disruption caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, terrorism, transport disruption, venue emergencies or other unforeseen events.
Epic Moments UK will handle client information responsibly and in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation. Personal and financial information will not be sold or distributed to unrelated third parties.
Clothing
Guests are not permitted to remove their own clothing during a performance unless this has been discussed and agreed with the performer in advance.
Entertainer Requests
Any specific performer requested by a client is treated as a preference and cannot be guaranteed. Performer availability may change due to illness, travel difficulties, unforeseen circumstances or the need to arrange a replacement.
Where a specific performer becomes unavailable, Epic Moments UK will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative. All performers supplied by Epic Moments UK are expected to provide a professional standard of entertainment.
