We totally understand – everyone loves a good deal. But when it comes to entertainment, particularly for a special occasion like a hen party, stag party or birthday, price isn't the only thing worth considering.



Very cheap entertainment can sometimes come with compromises, from limited availability and last-minute substitutions to entertainers who aren't quite what you expected. That's why we believe in being clear about how our bookings work from the start.

At Epic Moments UK, we take pride in providing a professional, transparent booking service and working with a huge network of entertainers across the UK.

Here's what makes us different:

✅ Fair pay for entertainers – We believe entertainers should be paid fairly for their time, travel and performance, helping us build a reliable network of experienced professionals.

✅ Clear entertainer choices – When booking, you have three options. You can request your preferred entertainer(s) and we'll do our best to arrange them, subject to availability. You can leave the choice to us and we'll arrange a suitable available entertainer. Or, for an additional £25 sourcing fee, we'll check who's available for your date, time and location and send you the available options so you can choose your entertainer(s).

✅ No preference? No problem – You don't need to spend hours browsing profiles. Simply book your chosen package, leave the entertainer request box blank and we'll arrange a suitable available entertainer for your event.

✅ Want someone you've seen on our website? – Add their name to the Entertainer Request box when booking. We'll always do our best to arrange your preferred entertainer, but requests are subject to availability unless you've selected our additional sourcing service and chosen from the available options we provide.

✅ Total transparency – If something unexpected happens after your entertainer has been arranged, we'll contact you and work to find the best available solution. Entertainers are real people, so illness, emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occasionally mean a replacement is necessary.

✅ Extra peace of mind with our £25 sourcing service – If choosing your entertainer is particularly important to you, select our optional Choose Your Entertainer service when booking. We'll actively check availability and send you the available options to choose from. If your selected entertainer later becomes unavailable, we'll normally offer alternative available options wherever possible. Very last-minute circumstances may require us to arrange a suitable replacement.
